Did you know?
• 23,000 permits are issued each year by the Japan Fisheries Agency to kill dolphins, porpoises, and other small whales.
• The slaughtered dolphins are processed into meat and distributed to supermarkets throughout Japan for human consumption.
• Training of dolphins is often deliberately misrepresented by the captive dolphin industry to make it look as if dolphins perform because they like it. This isn't the case. They are performing because they have been deprived of food.
Come learn more about this serious issue at The Cove Charity Film Premiere on 12th November. Social change gains the greatest momentum when people are united. Let us gather together and take a stand. Meet like-minded others. Help us raise awareness. Join us. Be inspired.
