Mrs. ANNE MARDEN
BBS, MBE, JP
Mrs Marden received her education in England. She came to Hong Kong in 1947 and has been a committed philanthropist for the past 60 years. She focuses on creating opportunities for children from socially disadvantaged background. She was the Director of the Hong Kong Red Cross (1960 - 1965). She has been a Justice of the Peace since 1973, received the Caltex Community Service Award in 1990, and was awarded an MBE in 1991. She is the Honorary President of the Playright Play Association, and Patron of the Federation of Handicapped Youth, of AIDS Concern, of the Comfort Care Concern Group and Springboard. She is also Director of the Rehabaid and Committee Member of TREATS.

DATO' MICHELLE YEOH
Michelle is a successful actress. She was nominated for a BAFTA award for Best Actress for the film, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Michelle was honoured as The Outstanding Young Persons of the World by the Junior Chamber International in 2002, and she was awarded Knight of the Legion of Honour of France in 2007. Michelle is a dedicated supporter of various charities. Aside from being Patron of KELY Support Group and the Hong Kong Cancer Fund, she is also a celebrity Ambassador of the Institute for Cerebral and Medullary Disorders and a supporter of the Save China’s Tigers Project.

MR. ANDREW JONES

Andrew is Founder and Guardian of Sanctuary Resorts, a Social Enterprise creating Responsible and Sustainable Tourism experiences where people can balance their Body, Mind and Spirit, in an environmentally friendly space. He has over 40 years of corporate and senior management experience in prestigious hotels, resorts, and management companies around the globe. Andrew was KELY’s first Hon. Treasurer, later becoming Chairman.
MS. FERN NGAI
Chair and Director, Board Member Since 2007
Fern is Head of Corporate Affairs at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. The Corporate Affairs function is responsible for building the bank’s brand and protecting its reputation through effective stakeholder communication, and its work includes public affairs, media/government relations, internal and external communications, branding, and sustainability With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Fern has held leadership roles in technology, human resources, and governance in Hong Kong and Canada. She is currently Standard Chartered’s Diversity and Inclusion champion in Hong Kong.

MR. PAUL TCHEN
Deputy Chair and Director, Board Member Since 2000
Paul is General Manager, Operations Planning and Support at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels. He has over 20 years of corporate and senior management hospitality experience including being the opening General Manager of The Peninsula Shanghai and creating a merchandising division for the group. He was named “Young Hotelier of the World” in 1996 by the International Hotel Association and Hotels Magazine and sits on the Shanghai Advisory Council of Compassion for Migrant Children, a Beijing-based NGO addressing the needs of China’s migrant youths.

MS. GARVEY CHUI

Garvey is part of the Pine Street Leadership Development Group at Goldman Sachs, where she focuses on leadership development and organizational effectiveness for the firm's partners and managing directors, as well as senior executives at select external client organizations. She is also the Hong Kong president for BEAN Online, a nonprofit organization that bridge young people with volunteering opportunities across the globe. Prior to her move to Asia in 2007, Garvey was a principal at The Verb Group, a creative agency and incubator for social entrepreneurship in Canada, working with clients such as the United Way of Canada, Watermarks Inc., and the Canadian Centre for Social Entrepreneurship. She sat as an advisory member of the Canadian Unity Young Leaders Council and the Calgary Stampede Next Gen Council. Garvey was selected as a Champion for Diversity by the United Nations Association of Canada in 2007.
MS. VIRGINIA MORRIS

Virginia is a leadership strategist, passionate about brands and developing sustainable leaders. After 15 years managing and growing some of the world’s largest corporate brands, she created Bamboo Difference, bringing leadership development and Corporate Social Responsibility together. Virginia has held senior global and Asia Pacific regional positions with Starbucks Coffee International, The Economist Group, Eye Corp, Air New Zealand, Ansett Australia, Tourism Australia and Cunard Line. She is a Visiting Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics MBA program at The University of Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Philoria is Head of Central Administration Office at the Hong Kong College of Technology where she is responsible for the development and management of academic administrative policies, guidelines and processes. An honors graduate from the University of Regina in Business Administration, she has been active at grassroots levels of charitable organizations in Canada and Hong Kong. Philoria has over 20 years experiences in the telephony industry specialized in IT Applications Management, Product Development and Customer Relationship Management with SaskTel Canada and PCCW Hong Kong.
