Our Focus on Peer Support, Leadership Development, and Mentorship

KELY employs three key strategies in our work approach: peer support, mentorship and leadership development.

Peer support: Providing a positive environment for young people to interact and learn to support one another.

Mentorship: Involving members from the community to work with our young people, share their knowledge and expertise, develop shared goals and aspirations together.

Leadership development: Helping young people find their potential by equipping them with essential life skills, engaging them in the planning, implementation and monitoring of KELY's programmes and services. This way, we are not only cultivating the next generation of leaders, but ensuring that what we do is relevant to their needs.
